A Special Meeting was held on November 23, 2010 for the purpose of Installation of Officers. The Installing Officers were:
Installing Matron - Sister Fabienne Winter, WGM
Installing Patron - Brother Eric Sanborn, WGP
Installing Chaplain - Sister Janet Patch, Grand Chaplain
Installing Marshal - Sister Helen Black, Grand Marshal
Installing Organist - Sister Huguette Strassbourg, Grand Organist
Installing Warder - Brother William Miller, Grand Warder
Installing Sentinel - Brother William Winter, PGP
The Bible was reverently opened without ceremony at 9:30 p.m. and the Lord’s Prayer repeated in unison, after which the Special Meeting was declared open.

Worthy Matron – Heather MacDonald, P.M.
Worthy Patron – Terence Radford, P.G.P.
Associate Matron – Terry Clark, P.M.
Associate Patron – Robert Wheaton, P.P.
Secretary - Alana Farrell, P.G.M.
Conductress - Brenda Shaw-Radford, G.G.C.C.M.
Associate Conductress - Anita Young, P.G.M.
Chaplain - Dorothy Winder, P.M.
Organist - Dorothy Sanderson, P.M.
Adah - Debbie Gamble, P.M.
Esther – Barbara Wheaton, G.G.C.C.M.
Martha - Pauline Clarke, P.M.
Warder – Eric Charpentier
After the Grand Marshal proclaimed the officers regularly installed, the Worthy Matron, Sister Heather and Worthy Patron, Brother Terry gave their acceptance addresses. Both thanked the members for the confidence placed in them. This is the first time that Brother Terry has served as Worthy Patron since he joined the chapter through consolidation. The Worthy Matron thanked the Installing Officers for a wonderful job and presented each with a small token of appreciation.
It was decided that we will have a Ways & Mean meeting before our December meeting, to plan the Chapter’s meeting and fundraisers for the upcoming year.
The Bible was closed informally followed by the Mizpah Benediction, and the Special meeting was closed, after which we all sat down to enjoy a wonderful social of friendship and fellowship and lots of great food.
