This month was a quiet month. We began our evening with a delicious pancake supper at 6:00 p.m. We thank those who brought the food and thank Brothers Gordie Young and Terry Radford and Sister Tootsie Wise for helping in the kitchen.

Our Distinguished Guests this evening were Sisters Barbara Wheaton, G.G.C.C.M. on Public Relations and Sister Brenda Shaw-Radford, G.G.C.C.M. on Unfinished Business, Sister Alana Farrell, Past Grand Matron and Brothers John Wise and Terence Radford, Past Grand Patrons.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming this evening Brothers Gord Young, Associate Grand Patron and Glenn Munkres, Grand Sentinel.

We were saddened to drape the Altar and Charter in memory of our Brother Frank Nemeth, P.P. who passed away on March 2nd. Our Hungarian Leprechaun will be sadly missed.

It was learned that Brother Richard Teague was in the hospital again. He is home now, but unfortunately he is not allowed to drive at night anymore.

Sis. Barbara Wheaton, G.G.C.C.M. and
Sis. Terry Clark, P.M., our new Grand
Representative to N. Carolina
Under Good of the Order, Sister Terry Clark was escorted to the East where she was presented a Grand Representatives Commission to North Carolina. Sister Barbara Wheaton presented the commission on behalf of the Worthy Grand Matron.

Our Worthy Matron, Sis. Heather
with a few of the articles she and her
church group made.

Sister Brenda Shaw-Radford mentioned that she had received a card from Sister Louise Hall of Cowansville #17, along with a couple of pictures of two ladies at the BMP Hospital wearing shawls that our chapter had donated. Sister Heather MacDonald (our Worthy Matron) also brought articles this evening that she had made for the hospital. Her church group was looking for someplace new to donate crocheted items and Sister Heather mentioned where we donate to, so they in turn gave some articles. Thanks very much to the ladies of the St. Barnabas Guild in St. Lambert for their generosity. Sister Terry Clark mentioned that she has collected over 300 articles of toiletries, etc. to give to the hospital. Many thanks to her son who gave her things that he has brought back from trips.

After the Benevolent Collection was taken, Brother Glenn Munkres, Grand Sentinel was invited to address the chapter.

Once again our meeting closed fairly early. At our April meeting, we will welcome the Worthy Grand Matron and Worthy Grand Patron on the occasion of their Official Visit. We will begin the evening with a supper at 6:00 p.m. Why not come and join us?
